Can I bring my own payment gateway?
Connect your existing Razorpay or PayU account. A custom integration fee may apply if you want to bring another gateway (except Razorpay or PayU) integration.

Do my members or clients pay anything extra?
No. Your clients only pay for the products, memberships, or events you sell. ExplaraX never charges them directly. You can choose to pass some fees to them.

What happens if I go over my plan limits (members, emails, events)?
Don’t worry — nothing breaks. You’ll get a prompt to upgrade or add credits if you’re scaling fast.
